Beat the egg whites until snowy with 1 tablespoon of sugar
Beat the chilled heavy cream without the serum with 1 tablespoon of sugar
Beat the yolks with the remaining 5 tablespoons of sugar until they have a light color and lose their eggy taste
Combine the beaten egg whites and whipped cream
Add vanilla extract
Mix everything very well
Add the wine and nuts if desired
Freeze until firm
Serve cut into slices.
