Lavish the guanaban fruits well
Place them in a pot, cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes
Remove the lid and, without removing from the heat, mash the fruit with a wooden spoon
After they're thoroughly mashed, remove the guanabana from the heat and strain it through a sieve, pressing gently with the back of a spoon to extract all the juice
