Butter and dust five individual ramekins with sugar and reserve in the freezer
For the sauce, mix sugar and water and bring to a boil
Add the raspberries or strawberries and cook until thickened
Let cool. Reserve
Grate the dark chocolate and moisten with coffee
Melt in a double boiler and remove from heat
Mix well and reserve
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and add to the chocolate
Mix well and reserve
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture
Remove the ramekins from the freezer and distribute the batter
Arrange the ramekins in a baking dish and bake in a medium oven preheated for 30 minutes approximately
Remove from the oven and serve with cold sauce.
