Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside
Melt the butter and add the flour dissolved in milk
Mix until thickened
Remove from heat and whisk in the egg yolks one at a time, stirring after each addition
Add the cheeses and vegetable broth cube
Mix well and let cool slightly
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites and yeast
Pour into a greased dish and bake in a preheated oven.
