to taste salt

Beat the yolks and whites separately
Combine soybeans, salt, and crushed chicken broth tablet
Add the whites in a snowy manner
Pour into a refrigerated greased mold and bake in a water bath until firm for 30 to 45 minutes
Serve hot with tomato sauce if desired
Divide into 4 portions
(To enhance flavor, you can add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion and/or 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.)
