1 pineapple
1 small glass of coconut cream
1/2 small package of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of rum

Cut the pineapple in half horizontally and remove the pulp without piercing the skin
Gently beat the pulp in a blender and transfer it to a pan
Bring to low heat, allowing any liquid that forms to evaporate, and add coconut cream and shredded coconut
Cook for another three minutes and turn off the heat
Let it cool down and add rum
Mix well and place this filling into the pineapple shells
Serve with ice cream.
