Grate the dried coconut
Next, blend in a blender the milk, cornstarch, condensed milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, half a can of condensed milk, eggs, heavy cream, and grated coconut
Place the mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a creamy consistency
At this point, dissolve the gelatin sheets and add them to the cream that should be ready by now
Cut the mango into pieces, clean it, and fill its cavity with this cream
Beat in a stand mixer the egg whites, adding the remaining condensed milk and heavy cream
Use this mixture to cover the cream inside the mango
Garnish with fresh strawberries
Serve with orange and mint sauce.
