1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 small can of passionfruit pulp
1 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of red grapes
1 cup of green grapes
1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin

Place the gelatin in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of cold water
Put the bowl in a saucepan with hot water, until the gelatin dissolves
Drain the passionfruit pulp
Mix the pulp with the white wine
Add the dissolved gelatin
Measure the liquid and add water if necessary to make 2 1/2 cups of liquid
Add a thin layer of gelatin to a nice mold and put it in the refrigerator to set
Dip 6 slices of passionfruit in the remaining gelatin liquid and arrange on top of the set gelatin, as shown in the photo
Add just enough gelatin to cover the passionfruit
Let it set
Wash the grapes
Soak them in the remaining gelatin liquid and arrange on top of the set gelatin
Cover with a little gelatin and let it set
Repeat the process, placing another layer of passionfruit, then green grape, and finally another layer of passionfruit
Cover with gelatin and refrigerate until serving
Serve by unmolding
