Mix the ricotta with a fine-mesh sieve with the egg, milk, oil, sugar, salt, and grated lime zest
Combine the wheat flour with yeast and add in two stages, mixing well
Roll out to a thickness of about 1/2 cm
Cut into circles about 6 cm in diameter

Fry in hot oil not too hot, for 1.5 minutes per side, turning once
