1 Blend the biscuits in a blender, then mix with the melted butter in a bowl
2 In a blender, blend together water, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, alternating with 1/2 cup (chamber) of mashed potatoes
If necessary, scrape down the sides of the container
Remove any excess batter from the sides of the container if needed
3 Layering in ramekins or small cups, alternate between the biscuit mixture and the mashed potato purée, ending with a layer of biscuit
Chill in the refrigerator
If desired, serve with whipped cream.
