80g light margarine
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
6 slices of smoked duck breast
6 slices of defummed turkey breast

6 slices of turkey breast blanquette
Half red bell pepper, cut into strips
Half green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 slices of pineapple
Half cucumber, cut into strips
Half beetroot, sliced
Chopped parsley to taste
4 or 5 crab stick slices

Spread the mixture prepared with light margarine, mustard, and mayonnaise over both types of pork
Place, alternately, the cold cuts, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, pineapple, cucumber, beetroot, chopped parsley to taste, and crab stick slices on top
Put everything in a sushi roll
Continue doing this, removing them carefully and wrapping them in seaweed leaves
Cut them into 5cm canapΓ©s and, after decorating on a platter, serve.
