1 cup of egg whites
2 cups of sifted cornstarch
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes
In a small saucepan, combine the egg whites and cornstarch
Bring the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly until the cornstarch dissolves and the egg whites become warm but not cooked
Remove from heat
In a blender, mix together the egg white mixture, baking powder, and beat until stiff peaks form
Place the whisper in a piping bag with a large round tip and pipe onto an ungreased baking sheet
Leave about 2 cm of space between each whisper
Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C)
Reduce oven temperature to 300°F (150°C) and let the whisper dry completely
Use a wooden spoon to prop open the oven door.
