Using a sharp knife, cut the formed pea slices into 3cm squares
Set aside
Cut the cheese plate to the same size as the pea
Spread the chilled olive paste on the black pea squares and decorate with 1 pickled scallion skewered with a toothpick
in the center of the canapΓ©
Set aside
Spread mustard on the white pea and top with cheese plate
Finish with mini pepper
Arrange the small pea squares, alternating black and white like a chessboard, in a platter-lined dish
Serve immediately.
