500 ml of milk
3 egg yolks
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 box of gelatin (strawberry or grape flavor)
1 and 1/2 cups of boiling water
1 and 1/2 cups of cold water
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons of sugar

Blend the milk, egg yolks, condensed milk, and cornstarch in a blender
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Transfer to a refrigerator and once the cream has cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Add cold water and stir well
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar, mix with gelatin, and top the cream
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight
Garnish as desired.
