800g whole strawberries, cleaned and hulled
2 teaspoons (chopped) of grated coconut
3 egg whites
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

3 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoons of fresh whipped cream
150g of ralated milk chocolate
800g whole strawberries, cleaned and hulled
2 teaspoons (chopped) of grated coconut

2 teaspoons of fresh whipped cream
150g of ralated milk chocolate
Wash the strawberries well and remove any stems
Place them in a saucepan with the grated coconut
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until a gel-like consistency is reached
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix the cooled strawberry gel with the remaining ingredients and return to the saucepan
Cook without stopping to stir, until the mousse reaches a soft, whipped consistency
Pour into serving dishes and let cool

Whip the confectioner's sugar and whipped cream in a blender until a chantilly-like consistency is reached
Spread the chantilly over the strawberry mousse and decorate with chocolate and an additional strawberry
Chill in the refrigerator for two hours.
