For the whipped cream
1/2 cup fresh heavy cream (120 ml)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package frozen guava pulp (400 g)
2 tablespoons honey

Prepare the whipped cream: in a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until it thickens
Add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form (2 minutes)
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
In a food processor, blend the frozen guava pulp with honey until smooth
Transfer to a bowl
Using a spatula, remove excess guava from the pulp and divide among four serving cups
Spoon whipped cream around each portion
Serve immediately.
