In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and cream cheese with two tablespoons of grated ginger until smooth

In a blender, combine the papaya seeds, ginger, cardamom, and remaining grated ginger and blend until a creamy consistency is reached

Serve the papaya seed cream in tart form and top with yogurt cream, if desired
Garnish with additional papaya seeds, if desired.
