1 peeled and diced pineapple

1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 cups of fresh grated coconut

In a large crystal or glass tart shell, place the pineapple and oranges
Mix in the confectioner's sugar with the coconut
Add half of this mixture to the tart shell with the fruits
Stir
Cover the remaining coconut mixture over the tart and refrigerate until serving time, about 10 minutes.
