1 bunch of tiaoba
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
1 minced garlic clove
chopped green onion
1 medium onion
lemon broth
1 bunch of tiaoba
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
1 minced garlic clove
chopped green onion
1 medium onion
lemon broth
Wash the tiaoba leaves thoroughly, separating them into individual pieces
Chop the leaves into smaller pieces, between the veins, and wash again
In a pan, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and green onion
Heat it up
When hot, add the tiaoba to sauté, without covering the pan, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
If desired, add some black pepper
Set aside, make a sauce with sliced onions and lemon broth heated with a little warm fat
Pour this sauce over the tiaoba when it's ready
Note: you can use the tiaoba stem, which is flavorful
To do so, cook until tender
Afterwards, clean it up and serve with honey.
