In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil, then cover and let it simmer
Add one and a half tablespoons of salt and let it simmer again
Gradually add the pasta, stirring constantly until al dente
Lemon Sauce
In another pan, sauté the onion in butter over medium heat for about 2 minutes
Combine all remaining ingredients
Place in the pan and stir constantly while cooking for about 1 minute
Remove from heat
Drain the pasta
Transfer to a serving dish, add the sauce, mix well, and serve immediately.
