2 cups cooked and cubed potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Cook the ground pork until it's well browned
Drain excess fat
Add remaining ingredients
Mix well
Assemble a tart crust with half of the dough
Place the filling and cover with the remaining dough
Make incisions
Dampen the edges and seal the dough tightly
Bake in a hot oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
