400 g of noodles
1/3 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
300 g of sardines, cleaned and deboned
1/3 cup of white raisins
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 pinch of dried red pepper flakes or to taste

Bring 5 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt
Add the noodles and cook until al dente

In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium flame
Add the garlic and sauté until soft
Add the sardines and stir gently to break down the fish into flakes
Add the raisins
Season with salt and black pepper

Place the chopped parsley on top, followed by the vinegar and dried red pepper flakes
Let it simmer well

Drain the noodles and immediately combine them with the sauce
Mix well and serve.
