1/2 kg of tomatoes
250 g of confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons of orange blossom water
1/2 kg of tomatoes

Peel the tomatoes
Bake in the oven until golden brown
Mix with confectioner's sugar and orange blossom water
Grind twice through a food processor
Remove seeds from tomatoes and fill with some of the tomato mixture
Dip tomatoes in confectioner's sugar and arrange on a tray, preferably in paper cups
