In a large bowl, place the tapioca starch, gradually add aqua until forming clumps and pass through a fine sieve, pressing with fingers or a spoon
Do not stir, place 2 to 2.5 tablespoons of the tapioca mixture in a medium-sized non-stick frying pan
Spread delicately to form a pancake
Stuffing:
Place grated coconut on top of the tapioca still in the frying pan
Cover with condensed milk and close
Serve the tapioca still warm.
