In a 21cm frying pan, spread a thin layer of tapioca to cover the bottom of the pan
Cook over low heat until the edges start to curl up
Flip and let cook on the other side
Remove from the pan, add a bit of butter
Moor with a little coconut milk or sprinkle shredded coconut on top
