Mix the flour, salt, and butter quickly
Add the water and knead until the mixture comes together
If it's too sticky, add a little more all-purpose flour
Let it rest for about 15 minutes and roll out the dough on a floured surface
Filling
Melt the butter in the form and add 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Core the apples and remove the seeds
Cut slices with 2 centimeters of thickness and arrange them in a circular pattern at the bottom of the form
Sprinkle with remaining sugar and place under medium heat to caramelize
When the caramel starts to brown, remove and let it cool
Heat the oven to medium temperature
Final Step
Roll out the dough, place it over the apples, and press the sides
Bake until golden
Remove and flip onto a plate.
