Place the tender roast in a roasting pan
Make deep holes in the meat and fill the cavities with part of the seasoning (prepare the seasoning by blending all ingredients in a blender)
Pour the remaining seasoning over the tender roast
Put it in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, and roast for about 1 hour, or until golden brown
Occasionally, baste the tender roast with the seasoning
Serve at room temperature, decorated with papaya and cherries
