1 kg of beef
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 cups of water (480 ml)
3 fine onion rings
1/3 cup of olive oil (80 ml)
6 diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of oregano
1/4 cup of vinegar (60 ml)
12 French-style pâprika pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a pressure cooker, combine the beef, garlic, and water
Season with salt and black pepper, cover, and bring to high heat
When the pressure starts, reduce the flame and cook for 50 minutes
Let it cool down and shred the beef
In a skillet, sautà the onion in olive oil for 5 minutes
Add the tomatoes, oregano, vinegar, and shredded beef
Let it cook for an additional 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld
Cut each pâprika piece in half lengthwise and fill with the beef
Serve warm
