Blend the sugar, chicken broth, 1 mango, and Worcestershire sauce in a liquidizer
Make vertical cuts in the ham and place mango slices inside until it's fully covered
Place the remaining slices in a baking dish around the ham
Pour the prepared mixture over the ham
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 2 hours, basting the ham with the sauce from the baking dish
Serve accompanied by cornflakes
