1/2 cup of buttered cabbage fatiada
4 leaves of chard fatiada
4 medium-sized potatoes in cubes
2 large onions in cubes
250 g of beef in cubes
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of canola or sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley
1 and 1/2 liters of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat in the oil until it's dry, then add the garlic and onion and let it golden
Add the vegetables and leaves and add the water
Cook until they're tender and, if necessary, add more water and season with a pinch of salt
Finally, add the parsley.
