Fry the filet mignon steak in a hot skillet or on a griddle with a small amount of oil
Gently press down on the meat to prevent it from becoming too flat
While the steak is cooking, heat up an iron plate or skillet over medium-high heat
In another pan, sauté the onion, bean sprouts, and eggs in a small amount of oil, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and Japanese soy sauce to taste
Arrange the vegetables on top of the hot plate
When the steak is cooked to your liking, brush it with soy sauce and place it on top of the vegetables as well
Drizzle a small amount of sake over everything and garnish with carrot sticks
Serve hot and enjoy! This is an individual serving.
