Step 1
Cut the vegetables into slices and the greens into strips
In a non-stick skillet, pan-fry the squid with half of the melted butter until lightly browned
Season with salt, black pepper, and fish powder
Step 2
In the same skillet, heat the remaining butter and sauté the vegetables
Add the sake and soy sauce
Mix well
Turn off the heat
Serve the squid accompanied by the mixed vegetables.
