Cut the vegetables into strips and the greens into shreds
In a non-stick frying pan, sauté the octopus with half the melted butter until lightly browned
Season with salt, pepper, and fish paste
In the same frying pan, heat the remaining butter and stir-fry the vegetables
Add sake and soy sauce
Mix well
Turn off the stove
Serve the octopus with the mixed vegetables.
