Place the broccoli in the refrigerator and microwave at high power for two minutes
Drain
Reserve 1/4 of the florets and chop the rest

In a bowl, mix together the turkey, ham, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg
Add the eggs and broccoli and stir well

Microwave at high power for three minutes, then reduce heat to medium and cook until firm
Remove from oven and let cool
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour
