2 cups shredded cabbage

Grease a mold with capacity for 8 cups with butter
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Add cold water and mix well
Gradually add the gelatin mixture to mayonnaise in another container
Combine yogurt and mix carefully
Refrigerate for a few minutes until consistency of raw egg white
Add shredded cabbage and grated carrot
Season as needed
Pour into prepared mold and refrigerate for about 3 hours until firm
Unmold the mousse and decorate to taste
Serve chilled.
