Clean the mushroom and remove the stem
Cut into thin slices and reserve

Heat a skillet over high heat and melt the butter
Add the shallot and sauté for one minute
Then, add the mushrooms and cook for another five minutes or until tender
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Reserve

Grill the chicken breasts until they are golden brown (see tips) and serve with the shiitake mushroom refogado
