2 slices of bread form

1 Soak the bread slices in vegetable broth and tear into pieces
2 In a baking dish, combine the bread, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix until a uniform mass forms
3 Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
4 Boil the potato slices with salt, then drain
5 In a greased form, place layers of potato and brush with olive oil
6 Top with the ground beef mixture and press down firmly
7 Brush with milk and scatter small pieces of butter
8 Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
