500 g of chicken breast, boneless and cut into pieces

2 tablespoons (or more to taste) of Dijon mustard
a pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon (or more to taste) of dried thyme or other herbs of your choice

Mix the chicken with garlic, mustard, nutmeg, and thyme
Pulse everything in a processor until the chicken is finely chopped but not pureed
Scoop this mixture into 5 ramekin molds (about 1/2 cup capacity) that have been greased with butter
Place the ramekins in the microwave and cook at high power for 5 minutes
Let it rest in the microwave for another 5 minutes before removing from the mold
