1 can of tuna
1/3 cup of white breadcrumbs, fresh
2 eggs
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste
Tartar Sauce:
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon chopped green shallot
1 tablespoon chopped pickle relish
1 tablespoon chopped capers (optional)
1 can of tuna

Tartar Sauce:
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon chopped green shallot

Drain the liquid from the tuna into a bowl and add enough milk to fill the bowl
Add the white breadcrumbs and let it sit for 5 minutes
Crush the tuna and add it to the milk mixture
Add the eggs
Beat with an electric mixer until well combined
Add the onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
Pour into 3-4 greased muffin cups
Bake in a water bath for 1 hour or until the timbales are set
Unmold and serve with Tartar Sauce
Tartar Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl just until it forms a smooth paste
Refrigerate until serving time, then drizzle over the tuna timbales.
