1 lemon-flavored gelatin package
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup boiling water
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
3 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (30g)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 lemon-flavored gelatin package

Dissolve the gelatin and salt in boiling water. Reserve
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and vinegar
Stir well
Add a little of the hot gelatin mixture and stir well
Add the remaining gelatin, stirring again
Chill in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly, like egg whites without whipping
Add the cucumber, green pepper, cheese, and onion and mix well
Pour into individual molds with 1/2 cup capacity and chill in the refrigerator until firm
To serve, unmold onto individual plates
