In a mixer, beat the eggs with the coffee liqueur until creamy

While still beating, add the cream cheese

Gently fold in the whipped egg whites and reserve the creme

Mix together the coffee and rum
Then soak the cookies in the mixture

In a refrigerator, alternate layers of cookies and creme
When finished, leave the dessert in the fridge for at least four hours
When serving, dust with cocoa powder.
