2 medium-sized onions, sliced into petals
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, diced
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Cut the beef strips into thin pieces and soak them in milk for 30 minutes
Melt the butter and olive oil, fry the beef strips, season with salt, black pepper, and vinegar
Add the onion, mix well, and cook for five minutes over medium heat
Remove from heat, add the tomato, and sprinkle with parsley.
