Sprinkle the tomatoes with oregano, salt, and pepper
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk
Place the all-purpose flour and biscuit flour in separate plates
Heat oil to 1.5 cm deep in a frying pan
Dip each tomato slice into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the biscuit flour
Fry in hot oil for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Serve warm
