salt and pepper to taste

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes
Remove the pulp and sprinkle the inside with salt
Mix together soybean beans, cheese, pepper, onion, seasonings, and tomato pulp
Fill the tomatoes with this mixture
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Serve 6 portions.
