1 cup cooked shrimp
6 minced anchovies
12 chopped stuffed olives
6 firm tomatoes
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Choose firm tomatoes and cut off the top of each one
Remove the pulp from the tomatoes
Refrigerate them
Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces
Mince the anchovies and olives very well
Mix everything in a bowl
Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture
Arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish each tomato with mayonnaise
Serve chilled, cold
