Preheat the oven
Cut a lid off each tomato
Remove the pulp
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the onion
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture
Cover with small pieces of butter and bake in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes
Serve 6 portions.
