Mix the cassava flour with the wheat flour and make a depression in the center
Add the eggs, oil, curry powder, and salt
Knead everything together until it forms a smooth dough
Roll out the dough very thinly using a rolling pin on a floured surface
Cut into round shapes of 4 cm in diameter using a cookie cutter
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Yield: 250g of fritters
