1 pound of prosciutto
4 slices of mortadela
1/2 cup (shredded) of lettuce cut into strips
Mustard paste
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup (crushed) of cottage cheese
1 pound of prosciutto
4 slices of mortadela

2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 cup (crushed) of cottage cheese
Mix the mustard paste well
Bake the prosciutto in a medium oven for five minutes
Remove it from the oven and cut it in half
Spread the mustard on both halves of the prosciutto
Fold each slice of mortadela in half, fold it again, and place the folded slices in the middle of the prosciutto
Sprinkle the lettuce and serve immediately.
