4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces

4 egg whites for sandwiching
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Mix all ingredients except butter or margarine well
Cut the egg whites in half and remove the yolks, brush them with melted butter or margarine
Fill the egg whites and arrange them on a baking sheet
