Unroll the dough, keeping it on the plastic wrap
Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese
Blend the remaining ingredients in a processor and spread over the cheese
Roll up the dough tightly, from the ends to the middle lengthwise, leaving it in a shape similar to a bullet
Refrigerate for 3 hours
Preheat the oven
Remove the plastic wrap from the dough and cut into slices 0.5 cm thick each
